Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days of purchase. Each leather bag is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • France & Europe: 3–7 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–21 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Shipping Rates

  • France: Free standard shipping on all orders
  • Europe: Free shipping on orders over €80 — €6.90 flat rate below
  • International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable rates before ordering.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If your package appears stuck or lost, contact us at

Damaged Items

If your leather bag arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
