2. Scope of Application
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through [your website URL] by any consumer (private individual) placing an order for personal use. By placing an order, the customer unconditionally accepts these terms in their entirety.
3. Products
Our leather bags are handcrafted/sourced products. Each item is described as accurately as possible, including materials, dimensions, and colors. Minor variations in color may occur due to screen display differences or the natural characteristics of leather — these are not considered defects.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and are inclusive of all applicable French taxes (TTC). Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are displayed separately at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of placing the order.
5. Order Process
- Browse and add items to your cart
- Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery and payment details
- Review your order summary and confirm
- You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes
Your order constitutes a firm and binding offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case you will be fully refunded.
6. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- PayPal
- USDC (stablecoin via Shopify Payments)
Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We do not store any payment card details on our servers.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms, timeframes, and shipping rates are detailed in our [Shipping Policy]. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events beyond our control.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Droit de Rétractation)
In accordance with French consumer law (Code de la consommation, art. L221-18), you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us at
within the 14-day period. You must then return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized orders (e.g. bags made to order with engraving or custom dimensions).
9. Warranties
All products benefit from the following legal warranties under French law:
- Legal warranty of conformity (garantie légale de conformité) — 2 years from delivery (art. L217-4 of the Consumer Code)
- Warranty against hidden defects (garantie contre les vices cachés) — art. 1641 of the Civil Code

10. Liability
We cannot be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the order in question.
11. Dispute Resolution

If no resolution is reached, you may refer the matter to a certified consumer mediator.
